K is a Military Intelligence veteran with 12 years of service, including distinguished work under the Joint Chiefs of Staff and deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom. As a Master Instructor at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, she designed curriculum that spanned every intelligence discipline and trained future leaders in high-stakes decision-making.
After leaving the Department of Defense, K discovered that the same psychological principles used in intelligence could transform how people communicate in everyday life. She began teaching colleagues how to negotiate, reduce conflict, and connect more deeply. What started as small lessons quickly evolved into a new mission: bringing the core drivers of human behavior to professionals and teams everywhere.
Today, alongside her role as a Front-End Cloud Architect at a Technology Fast 500 company, K leads Elevated Eagle—a company she founded in 2019 to help people master communication, influence, and connection.
Her philosophy is simple: when we understand the values and emotions that drive human behavior, we unlock more than influence. We rebuild trust, deepen relationships, and change the way we live and work together.
Tony
Tony is a retired intelligence officer with over 28 years of leadership in the Department of Defense’s strategic intelligence and special operations communities. For two decades, he advised U.S. policymakers and led multinational initiatives, while overseeing sensitive intelligence operations across the globe. He also spent 25 years training elite units—including members of the FBI, NSA, and special mission teams—on advanced intelligence and deception detection, collaborating with institutions like Harvard, MIT, and UTEP to push the field forward.
Since retiring from government service, Tony has transitioned his leadership into the private sector—first as a financial advisor, later in private equity, and today as an entrepreneur and speaker. He has founded and led multiple businesses, co-founded Protective Technicians International, and now brings his expertise to Elevated Eagle as a senior instructor and strategic advisor.
Tony’s mission is rooted in transformation. His own journey—through therapy, anger management, and EMDR—showed him the power of self-awareness and growth beyond the uniform. Today, he shares lessons not only from decades of intelligence experience but from personal healing, helping others find clarity, resilience, and influence in their own lives.
Beyond his professional work, Tony serves his community by helping veterans transition into civilian life, protecting children through abduction prevention training, and preserving the environment through programs like Trees Matter and Rainwater Harvesting.
